    Priority Mail: 3 - 5 Business Days.

    Estimated transit times for international orders:

    First Class Mail: Varies per Country’s customs. However, it can take up to 30 business days barring any unforeseen circumstances with your local customs clearance.  

    Priority Mail: 6-10 Business Days.

    Priority Express Mail: 3-5 Business Days.

    All international shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout.

    *International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival.  Note: Bloombox Beauty is not responsible for any customs or duty fees. We do not offer signature services for international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 

    Bloombox Beauty reserves the right to request a signature upon delivery for domestic shipments valued over $150 USD.  We do not offer signature delivery for international shipments.  

  • RETURNS

    BLOOMBOX BEAUTY will gladly accept returns of products purchased from https://bloomboxbeauty.com/  that are eligible for return.

    Standard Returns Policy

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to return your items within 14 days of receipt, free of charge. You will be refunded for the amount paid for the product excluding any shipping costs. Please see the exclusions and restrictions below:

    • Items purchased during promotions or activations.
    • Items purchased at a discounted rate are final sale and cannot be returned.
    • We do not accept returns of Bloombox Beauty products purchased from other retailers, please contact your retailer directly.
    • Partial refunds/ returns are not permitted.

    Standard Returns Process

    To return, please email returns@bloomboxbeauty.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Your email must contain your order number and the item you wish to return. All item(s) must be in their original and respective packaging. Emptied or refilled item(s) will not qualify for any refund.

    Damaged Items

    If your items are received damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to info@bloomboxbeauty.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 4 days of receiving your order. Please do not dispose of the items as you may need to return them to be eligible for a refund.

  • REFUND

    Most items purchased from www.bloomboxbeauty.com are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Your refund will be applied to the original method of payment and you should expect to receive it within 10-14 business days of processing. Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Please contact us at info@bloomboxbeauty.com to start the return process.

    Exchange

    We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you may return your order for a refund and place a new order online at your convenience.

    Cancellation

    Only orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled. If you received a tracking number via email – you cannot cancel or modify the order.

    If you need to change your order because you entered the wrong address, you must mail us immediately at info@bloomboxbeauty.com, This can only be done if your order is still processing or unfulfilled. If your order is fulfilled quickly, which can happen, we may not be able to make modifications to your order.

    Please DO NOT send an email with change requests as time-sensitive items cannot be processed quickly by email. Please call our customer service line Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
